Meadows of Chandler Creek
Restroom Addition

This 580 square foot building was designed to complement an existing pavilion and be built along the walking trails of the Meadows at Chandler Creek MUD park facility in Round Rock. It will house men’s and women’s restrooms, an electrical closet and equipment storage space. As is common with many park facilities, FEMA requirements dictate that the finish floor of the building stand 2 feet higher than current grade to bring it above the flood plain.
