Located on a 13.7 acre site along the Brushy Creek, the center presents an attractive enviroment. Prior to design, many issues were addressed and coordinated for smooth success with local and state entities, including a 100 year flood plain, on-site antiquities, wetlands, and regional waste water systems. The owner desired a “Texas” theme with an inviting mood throughout. Cut limestone and exposed trusses serve this Lone Star feel. |
