This two-building retail center stands adjacent to the Wal-Mart in Taylor, Texas. The freestanding buildings were designed for tilt-wall construction with aluminum glass storefront. Each building includes drive-up windows and can accommodate four lessees. Due to location, extra care was taken with the design of the rear of the facility. This center is anchored with a local savings and loan and the remaining spaces quickly filled with nationally known retail names.
