Old Settler’s Convenience Store

This convenience store and fast food finish out space is located at the entrance to Old Settler’s Park in Round Rock, Texas, an area designated as a Historic Overlay District. Great care was taken to recreate the mood associated with local gas stations and neighborhood food stores from days gone by. Methods included the traditional use of chopped stone and galvanized roofing on the exterior of the gas station, plus the limiting of prominent advertising on the canopy.
