The new Williamson County Annex Facility is located south of Georgetown on the inner loop. The site is gently sloping from east to west with no existing trees. The overall site is a Williamson County complex that contains a Juvenile Center, Emergency Operations Center, Williamson County Animal Shelter and Child’s Advocacy Center.

The new facility will house the following departments and offices:

  • Precinct Three County Commissioner’s Offices
  • Precinct Three Constables Offices
  • Precinct Three Justice of the Peace Offices and Courtroom
  • Williamson County Human Resources Department
  • Williamson County Purchasing Department
  • Williamson County Agrilife Offices
  • Veteran’s Services Offices
  • Miscellaneous Training and Meeting Rooms

    The new facility is two stories with approximately 30,000 square feet on each level. Exterior design is a combination of Lueters Stone, Stucco and Pre-Finished Metal. Facility has been designed to comply with current Energy Standards and to meet, or exceed, current ADA accessibility standards.
